Elegy for a Shattered Hour, Act II The Broken Hour
There is a point where time stops behaving.
Not visibly —
but internally.
The hour is no longer something you move through.
It is something you remain inside.
Here, everything loosens.
Thought unravels.
Landscapes lose their edges.
What once felt external begins to grow inward,
taking root beneath the skin.
Memory becomes unstable.
It flickers, distorts, returns in unfamiliar forms.
You walk through it as through a field that no longer belongs to you.
There is no clear beginning here,
no resolution waiting ahead.
Only a slow unfolding —
a quiet disintegration of structure,
where meaning dissolves into sensation.
This is the broken hour.
Not an end,
but a suspension.
A space where something has already been lost,
and something else has not yet emerged.
